Admissions Process
Taking the first step of addiction recovery can be scary. Learning how our admissions process and recovery program works can help ease some of your anxiety.
Schedule a pre-assessment
Talk with an admission coordinator
Our admissions department operates round the clock and is staffed with dedicated, extensively-trained professionals who are always ready to assist you through chat or phone. Each of our admission coordinators has a personal experience with addiction, either as someone in recovery or as a compassionate family member affected by the disease. This deep connection allows for meaningful conversations, knowing that reaching out to our addiction help line marks the crucial first step towards recovery! Throughout this initial stage, we will guide you through a series of questions to tailor the perfect center and level of care for you or your loved one.
Insurance verification
Insurance verification and treatment financing
Financial resources should never be a barrier to seeking assistance. During this crucial stage of the admissions process, we assess the coverage options for your treatment. If you have health insurance, we collaborate with your provider to verify the benefits available to you. In the event that you do not have health insurance or possess a plan that we do not accept, rest assured that we will assist you in connecting with programs within your insurance network while evaluating alternative treatment prospects. Our utmost priority is to ensure you receive the help you need.
Travel & arrival
Coordination for your travel and arrival
Once you connect with our admissions coordinator, they will meticulously organize your admission process into our state-of-the-art treatment center. During this step we will work with you or your loved ones to coordinate admission into our care. Our highly competent medical team will commence an in-depth evaluation upon your admission, which serves as the foundation for tailoring a personalized treatment program to address your unique requirements.
Evaluation & planning
Evaluation and specialized treatment
When you arrive, our expert medical team will promptly conduct a thorough evaluation to assess your needs for your admission. This assessment will form the foundation for your personalized treatment plan. Throughout your journey, you will be guided by a dedicated team consisting of a compassionate case manager, an experienced primary therapist, and a qualified psychiatrist. Your treatment plan will be meticulously tailored to your unique diagnosis, level of care required, and personal experiences.
